Order flow
STEP1 shopping cart
Select the desired color on the product page.。
Check the items in your cart and press the button if you like to proceed to the next step.
If you wish to wrap, please select from "With or without wrapping" and add it to the cart.
* Some products cannot be wrapped. Please check on the product page.。
STEP2 Designation of delivery address
Please select a delivery address. Click "Proceed to select shipping method", and if there are no problems with the shipping information, click "Proceed to payment".
* Please note that the delivery address of the product is only within Japan
STEP3 Selection of payment method and billing address
The payment method is credit card only.
If you want to specify a different billing address, select "Use a different billing address" and enter it.
When you have finished entering the information, click the "Confirm Order" button, confirm the input details, and then press "Complete Order".
STEP4 Your order completed
This completes all ordering procedures.
You will receive an email confirming your order after it is completed, so please check it.
If you do not receive the order completion email within 2 business days, please contact us from the inquiry page with your order number clearly stated.
At a later date, you will receive an email notifying you of the delivery. If you have specified the delivery time or wrapping, please check the contents by this email.
